【課程目標(biāo)】
綠帶是能夠利用DMAIC方法論及相關(guān)流程分析工具改進(jìn)本職工工作流程的人員,通常作為六西格瑪項(xiàng)目改進(jìn)小組的成員參與項(xiàng)目活動(dòng),推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展或支持黑帶完成改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)六西格瑪綠帶課程,學(xué)員可以深入了解六西格瑪發(fā)展和要求,學(xué)習(xí)導(dǎo)入及推行六西格瑪所必需的基本知識(shí)和技能并學(xué)會(huì)完成至少一個(gè)六西格瑪項(xiàng)目.
